Opal Orthodontics Presents Dr. Robert Miller - A Course on Class II Correction Using Noncompliance Devices
SOUTH JORDAN, Utah, March 11, 2013 – Opal Orthodontics proudly presents Dr. Robert Miller for a course on Class II correction using noncompliance devices. The course will take place on May 24–25, 2013, in San Diego’s lively Gaslamp Quarter at the Andaz Hotel—located just minutes from an eclectic mix of delicious restaurants and exciting entertainment options. Attendees of the course will earn up to 8 CE credits.
In the course, Dr. Miller will share his expertise on Class II correction using noncompliance devices through the use of still and video images to show clinical information on techniques. He will also review recent scientific studies published on Class II correctors with an emphasis on changes to the lower incisors and lead a discussion on devices such as TADs and miniplates for Class II mechanics. The attending clinician is expected to come away with a greater understanding of how a precision appliance properly placed can be a major factor for reduced treatment times.
Dr. Robert Miller is a 1983 graduate of the Medical College of Virginia Orthodontic Residency Program. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a past president of the Virginia Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Miller regularly helps to develop and beta test new products and technologies in the orthodontic arena. He practices in Culpeper, Warrenton, and Centreville, Virginia.
