Fabricated using low-profile, reinforced EVA material, this appliance is proven effective for chronic snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea. A threaded telescopic mechanism provides controlled 1/8 mm to 1/4 mm incremental advancements up to 5 mm with a 1-mm retrusion.
