Manon Newell has a unique background that weaves together experience in law, business, and orthodontics. After graduating with her law degree from the University of Dayton and practicing appellate and employment law, Manon transitioned into a business role in medical orthodontic devices.
In 2016, Manon became a partner at Systemized Orthodontics, combining her passion for orthodontics and business. She manages the day-to-day business of the company and works closely with clients on their financial benchmarking and goal-setting. Manon also coaches clients and helps practice administrators develop their strengths.
